Pros
There are pockets of great people at Bond and it has been a pleasure to work with them. Beautiful grounds and staff perks were nice.
Cons
The work culture of Bond is terribly toxic and led to high stress, bullying, micro management and I was also blamed for other's mistakes and my work was rarely recognised. When I mentioned the issues I was treated poorly. Many staff are on temporary contracts below the industry average and are treated terribly by HR and management. I witnessed many terrible stories over the time I worked there.
