Pros
You work on a lot of projects and get a ton of exposure. The company is also at a sweet spot where you can have a lot of interaction with upper management and the leadership team. They are doing a lot of really great, meaningful work and the employees are amazing to work with.
Cons
There is a lot of red tape around salary/headcount add/promotions for some departments but in others there is not. If you're willing to do the job of multiple people to get the experience with no guarantee of a raise/promotion/headcount it can be a great place to learn and grow a lot but you will be very busy. They are trying to do a lot with limited resources.
