      Pros

      Not on your butt all the time. Give you space to work. Laid back atmosephere. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      No room to advance your career. Also, I was hired as a welder, but no one disclosed they sometimes go months without welding when I started. I still have work to do but it's not what I signed up for. Disappointed.
