Great team work, mentorship, friendly work environment and exposure to different settings specially for a student. I got to observe/work in- Acute care, impatient rehab, driving rehab program, observe orthopedic surgeries. My mentors were amazing and always gave constructive feedback.

Workload can be very demanding at times, especially with staffing shortages and high patient volume. Communication between departments can occasionally be inconsistent, and opportunities for growth or advancement can be difficult to obtain. Balancing front desk responsibilities with patient needs can also become stressful during busy clinic hours at Bon Secours Mercy Health.
