Holiday closures may or may not be payed by company, employees are asked to cover such holiday closures with their own PTO. No development plans for employees, most supervisors are moved up from the cook lines without formal training therefore lacking many of the soft skills needed. Upper management unaware of facility issues at kitchen levels. Poor staffing forces employees to do overtime to fulfill orders. Difficult to transfer between kitchens Company promotes farm to table values yet there is a lot of food waste, accompanied by packaging waste. Poor quality control. No performance reviews Company boasts of being a multi-billion dollar company on their own website yet there's a huge salary gap, and there's no profit sharing.
