      Pros

      Bomoda has a very smart team and the founders and employees work hard to please their clients. The focus on Chinese shoppers is unique and interesting subject.

      Cons

      Some reviews here make it seem like the founders do not care about work life balance of employees but that is not the case. It is more a reflection of working in a new area (China) and trying to find the right way to please clients.

      Pros

      Bomoda was a very intense internship experience in which I was given a lot of responsibility for my current experience at the time. But my manager and the company leadership gave me a lot of constructive feedback that I now see not just aided me at the company but taught me how to be a professional and do an excellent job. The work is cutting edge and far beyond the capabilities of the large established company I now work at.

      Cons

      Bomoda is very intense. They push very hard. It is not for people who aren't really serious about their careers.
