Great culture where everyone has a voice. I worked at other agencies and the collaborative nature at Bolt is second to none. The overall drive/culture to over deliver on every project/client is invigorating!

Not the place for people just looking to coast. Everyone is pushed to grow & contribute on regualr basis. ie. more of a startup attitude than a 6 year old digital agency.

Good work life balance. It's pretty much 9 to 5 and there was a lot of downtime.

Low pay. No benefits. Pretty much a dead end.
