Pros
When they say "you can earn up to ____ a week!" maybe with a bit of luck it is possible to earn said amount, but you will have to sacrifice your entire life for the job. Some of the employees seem like decent people.
Cons
They will mislead you, avoid answering direct questions, and outright lie to you until you're fully onboard and sign the paperwork, and even then, they won't be 100% honest with you. You weren't "one of thousands of people who made the cut." They want to hire you and to promote you, because when you get promoted, they get promoted. It's not an outright pyramid scheme, but it's pretty damn similar. When they say you'll be doing "event-based direct marketing", ask them what they mean by that. I doubt they'll give you the honest answer which is driving to a Walmart 70 miles away and pressuring people into donating to a charity you know nothing about, or trying to sell Comcast packages to shoppers, just so you can make commission from it. It's 6 days a week, realistically 80-90 hours a week, and you are "strongly encouraged" to go company social outings that occur 2-3 times a week. They try to entice you with "travel opportunities" but that just means harassing Walmart shoppers in Jacksonville for 6 days straight instead of in Jonesboro.
