It is a family owned and operated business in which means they are more flexible and understanding with their employees. We have a superb reputation in the Charleston valley, and have been in business since 1967. We are accredited and carry a wide variety of DME products. Not just Oxygen for example. On-site billing department is a huge bonus.
Cons
A health insurance company may or may not help cover the cost of certain items. Certain plans like Medicare must cover certain things associated with durable medical equipment, provided it is prescribed or recommended by a doctor and is obtained from an authorized medical supplier like Boll Medical. There are situations that we loose business because the customer's insurance will to cover & even with a cash discount we try & offer, they still cannot afford it.
