      I had guaranteed hours from 35 to 40 a week. Is a good high school job

      No advancement opportunities, favoritism for managers. No chance of raises.

      You could get free meals each shift.

      Cons

      Almost never got a break even working 12 hours. Never knew the schedule more than 2 days in advance. Work environment was incredibly toxic. There managers were constantly on a power trip. Customers almost jumped me on various occasions. Absolutely no insurance.
