Clients can be demanding and it can be a grind to hit deadlines. That's the industry though.

I've had a great experience working here. The team is collaborative, and there's a strong emphasis on problem-solving and delivering quality work. Leadership is engaged and open to feedback, which makes a big difference. I've been able to continue growing my skills and take on new challenges. I've had a positive experience working here and appreciate the culture.

Continued improvements in processes and communication would make an already good environment even stronger. Some areas, such as software changes, can feel more tightly controlled than necessary.
