Cons
The Candidate Experience Specialist in charged of coordinating the onboarding process once you have gotten an offer are incompetent. It has been two months since I accepted the offer and I still don't have a start date. They are completely unresponsive to emails, phone calls, and text messages and have not communicated expectations on next steps or when I should expect to start.
