Will hire anyone with a degree. Good place to get some experience that will look good on your resume.
Cons
The pay is significantly less than you would get paid at any state/federal labs. It is especially low for the Northern Virginia area, which has a high cost of living. Many employees work 50-60 hrs a week and not all get overtime pay in compensation (Analysts don't). Everyone is given more to do than what is possible to do even in those 60hr weeks. This is because the company has committed to too many contracts but doesn't actually have the workforce or laboratory facilities to do everything. The management only care about the numbers (and the $$), not about the quality of the work done. Some people in positions of management shouldn't be in those type of positions because they do not have the temperament to manage others. They play favorites and act petty towards those they don't like. Others just don't care and their subordinates have to essentially manage themselves and deal with any issues that arise on their own.
