      Pros

      The money is decent if your prepared to put in the hours and accept the way you are spoken to by the management.

      Cons

      Toxic working atmosphere, spoken to in a degrading manner, you are just a number that means nothing to them, training VERY POOR, shift work, BAD man management resulting in a high turnover in staff.

      Pros

      Board24 has bags of potential. With the arrival of the new MD at Coalville, people are now trusted to perform at their best. There are lots of L&D opportunities for those that want to engage. The site is being invested in with new machinery to increase production capacity.

      Cons

      Sick pay for new starters has a 5 day waiting period. This is somewhat outdated and needs reviewing.
