      You get to experience working in an Agile Squad system as a product designer and adjust your work on a sprint base.

      Cons

      There is no clear design management in general and you can not really move on autonomously as well. This causes lots of friction along the way.

      The location is good (Maslak metro ~10 mins) Friendly work environment, easy to communicate with every team. Startup spirit. Friday announcements of the week + happy hour Flexible home office due to covid situation.

      Cons

      The restaurants around the area are expensive. Due to home office, there have been communication issues.
