Pros
None that outweighed the significant issues.
Cons
This company has serious, systemic issues that prospective employees need to be aware of. I strongly advise against working here.
Toxic and Unprofessional Culture: The workplace environment can only be described as unprofessional and encourages a disruptive "ghetto/hood culture." Management either supports or ignores behavior that is completely inappropriate for a professional setting.
False Advertising on Compensation: The base pay advertised in job listings is a lie. The actual starting wage is significantly lower than what is stated, making the commission structure the only way to earn a decent wage—and that is extremely difficult to achieve.
Broken Infrastructure/Fixer Not a Seller: This is not a sales job; it's a constant tech support and systems cleanup role. The systems are constantly breaking down, slow, or incorrect. You will spend the vast majority of your time fixing customers' existing issues and fixing mistakes made by the broken systems, not selling new products.
Inexperienced and Ineffective Management: The stores are run almost entirely by inexperienced and immature staff. The company seems determined not to hire or promote individuals with genuine, real-world professional experience, leading to chaotic operations and poor decision-making.
Zero Work-Life Balance/Benefits: There are NO sick days and NO Paid Time Off (PTO) offered to employees, demonstrating a complete disregard for employee well-being and basic industry standards.
