1yThank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience at Bluevine. At Bluevine there is a very thoughtful and deliberate approach to how we onboard, educate and prepare our CSA's for their role. Every team member completes 30 days of new hire training. Team members also have a weekly 1:1 with their manager, regular team meetings, and access to a robust procedure library. When changes are launched we provide materials and training, and managers reinforce the changes in team meetings and huddles. As a current employee, I encourage you to continue to use the many tools available to you to find the answers to your questions as you work to provide excellent service and resolve customer requests.
