      Pros

      Everyone supports the company mission and each other. The marketing department is filled with talented pros who I learn from every day.

      Cons

      Don't really see any cons at this time. I do see a lot of opportunity. I guess a con would be that we need to be in office 2 days a week. Althought that is much better than my last job which was 3 days required

      Catered lunches, insurance benefits, internet stipend

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
