Bluetown are a fun company to work for & offer great earning potential with their uncapped commission structure The team were very friendly & welcoming from day 1, offering mentoring & support when required. If work socials are you thing then there’s plenty of after work socials which are usually to the local pubs & bars around Shoreditch. There’s also trips abroad which was one of the highlights of my time at Bluetown.

I personally wouldn’t say this is a con but others may. If you want results & to make the most of the commission structure then there’s hard work involved, however this is the case with pretty much all sales roles out there.
