Pros

Free Lunch for employees on certain days.

Cons

Favoritism for sure. Contract employees get undervalued and overworked (especially if its not within their assigned roles that they came into the company with). You will be thrown work from different departments and get yelled at as to why you aren't doing he work correctly (even if you were just trained on it for a day). Go figure. You will be watched like a hawk by CS Management to the point where you wonder if they are even doing their own job since they're watch your every move/micromanage you. Working environment seemed very "juvenile" especially when Senior Management personnel were not in the office. In such cases, I've not only seen but have experienced myself how "senior" employees communicated very condescendingly. HR never got involved nor seemed like they care to take initiate. Place seemed very disoriented. During my time there, the SF CS Management was fully aware of employees who were overworked and knew of their concerns but never take appropriate action and delegation to relieve the situation accordingly.

Pros

The corporate culture is truly special at Blueprint. Leadership and management genuinely care about their employees, promoting flexible schedules and work life balance. As a company, they're very committed to their values and demonstrate them in most aspects of the business.

Cons

Communication and coordination between divisions and teams is an area for improvement, but all team members are dedicated to this initiative, as they are transparent and open to feedback.
