As our company is always updating and adding brands it have been such a great challenge to adapt and learn new product knowledge and technology. We are constantly expanding and it’s been inspirational to see so many of my colleagues promoted. It’s exciting to see how we have been expanding through the years and becoming recognized across the country. The approach to growing our business and relationships will continue with great opportunity based on our constant training and excitement to introduce newness. Our vendor relationships are so important and effective because we choose brands with longevity and quality. Developing strong relationships with so many new natural brands has been a great addition.
Cons
We wear multiple hats executing everything that encompasses a life in the day. Multitasking is so important and it can be a challenge to hire associates that are ready to take on the challenge of the business. Sometimes coaching is necessary.
