Amazing place - Class A Truck Driver Bluegrass Supply Chain Employee Review

Working at bluegrass has given me such a sense of purpose. They take care of us by ensuring that safety is the number one priority on top of instilling their core values into their staff each day to not only make the company a great place to work but also helping the team members be better every day! They really put a lot of work into training and preparing us for future roles we could have in the company. They try very hard to hire/promote within and stick to their word of "make better". This company also focus's on Ministry and lending a helping hand in the community, this has not only impacted my life personally but also my family and friends who have tagged along with me to any ministry/community event we have participated in!

There are always some cons in the workplace but any that Bluegrass does have I can confidently say they are working on them as they communicate to the team what their goals and initiatives are each month and quarter. Anything brought to their attention gets a solution or resolved.

Straight morning shift, rare weekend work.

Upper management were terrible and unsupportive and felt as if they would sacrifice all our jobs on a word from the customer. Constant mandatory overtime with no warning. Lax work instructions and lack thereof. Out of touch upper management.
