Pros
Bluefin has a great, small company atmosphere. Everybody works in close proximity and it's a great place to learn about the financial industry.
Cons
As with most financial industry and sales and trading companies, it can, at times, be stressful to work at Bluefin. However, this is mostly a result of the type of high-pressure work they do.
