      A best in class solution, with an account management expertise to match. There is a fantastic culture which makes it a great place to work. The team is all very clear of the goals and it always feels that we are pulling together in one direction

      You have to be a self-starter and motivated. Everyone is expected to step up and contribute so no hiding.

      The team is incredibly talented, particularly the individual contributors, who are the brightest colleagues I have worked with to date. The culture is highly innovative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. Compensation is at market level.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging, particularly from March through December. Management often adopts an intense approach, occasionally turning routine business challenges into high-stress events. Additionally, there is significant room for improvement regarding the company's benefits package.
