Pros
Work from home flexibility, unlimited PTO, monthly stipend the people who work at Bluecore are incredible and among the smartest and most talented people i've had the pleasure to work with.
Cons
constantly changing goals/priorities, lots of pivoting and unclear reasoning. annual layoffs most of which are due to business performance but hard to measure performance around a moving target. Unclear career development and constantly changing standards. Lots of employee turnover. Because of said pivoting, getting promoted is extremely difficult because goals constantly change and priorities change, there is no consistency to show the work and dedication. Told everything needs to be documented, but can't document and work towards goals that don't exist.
