I was working remotely but never felt detached from the team due to the organised structure put in place. Also, I got the opportunity to travel to the US to meet my team in person. Last but not least the product and service they provide is also very innovative!

Absolute lack of empathy from leadership.
Little to 0 time for personal growth projects.
6 hours of nonstop calls daily.
Inept customers that cannot enter their email address correctly and somehow turn that on you.
Product that constantly changes without proper testing, leading to more unhappy customers and support tickets.
Accrued PTO is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced.
Worst job I have ever had in my entire life.
