The company does have a lot of internal resources such as trainings, CEUs, and mentorship’s available. Also has fairly rigorous ethical standards for clinical programming and treatment planning.

Thank you for your feedback! We are excited to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses. Flexibility and a good structure are important and we hope to provide that to every employee! We regularly gather market data to ensure we are competitive in the pay arena, but welcome feedback at any time. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback and thank you for your time!

Pros

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

Cons

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
