Pros

The kids and their families.

Cons

Operations manager = scheduler, recruiter, building maintenance, marketer, culture ambassador, and everything else under the sun. You are expected to do everything and make sense of it when it doesn’t make any. Pay is an absolute joke I’ve been with the company for several years and absolutely no real review or compensation. We are supposed to make the center profitable to earn a bonus when the P&L’s nickel and dime you and subtract paying the corporate office. Too many VP’s of everything! You all are always having to hire because no one will stay. OM’s get zero recognition or any monetary raises, but we are the ones cleaning up vomit, plunging toilets all while everyone gets to make beautiful flip books to add more work to our plate.

As a company, we take great care to make sure that our pay reflects our position in the field, but we also acknowledge that there is always room for growth. Each employee's feedback is valuable to us, so we're sorry to hear about your experience with the workload. We are honored to have the best clinical staff working for the heart of our company and never want anyone to feel burnt out - please reach out to us at hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com so we can discuss further and identify ways to ensure each employee has a positive experience. Pros

- ability to help families and children - coworkers who care - Trumpet Behavioral Health team that was acquired are mostly good people

Cons

- owned by KKR private equity firm that values profit over people - gaslighting - racism - micromanagement - toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for) - will fire you if you speak up - HR does nothing to solve problems - closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership - many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
