      The company's culture is progressive and collaborative. Both clinical and systemic integrity is valued, and providing world-class therapy is at the forefront of every decision made. Employee input is valued and sought after.

      Cons

      In some ways, we are still troubleshooting. For employees who work best without a lot of change, this could be a point of frustration.

      Thank you for noting that we care about our employees and have a collaborative culture! As for a fast pace environment, we made a decision to slow our growth in 2021 to make sure we are supporting our teams well.
