BSP always strives to do better and genuinely cares about the happiness of their employees and the care of their clients.
Cons
Communicating important information to the appropriate staff does not always happen, but I have seen improvement in this area since the start up of BSP.

Also, we are sorry you felt that communication was not as it should be. Local leadership visit and meet with their teams to provide two-way communication. They communicate their needs in the field to support services, but we are an organization of continuous improvement, so we are always looking for ways to be better.

Cons
Leadership ACD/CD unethical, lack of transparency, poor communication, lack of knowledge regarding OSHA/company policies/Title 17&22, RBTs expressed concerns not being met by leadership and feelings of discrimination.
Pay was not competitive and center was using old school ABA methods and restraints/control methods to support challenging behaviors. Parents were not informed when restraints were used on child.
