Almost no possibility of professional growth. The job is becoming boring if you are working for the front officie - and very stressful too. Awful shifts - sometimes you can finish at 21.15 at start, the next day, at 6.15. No weekends if you are not fighting for them, and very hard monthly schedules (5 days in job, one day off, 3 days in job, 1 day off, 5 days in job, 1 day off, 3 days in job, 3 days off) - also very difficult to plan your holidays, as you are never sure wheater they accept your request or not. The overtime is not paid.
