Pros
Of course, working here as a customer service worker is not a wow/dream job - you do not earn crazy money and you hear a lot of complaints from annoyed people who for example lost their luggage every day... but somebody has to do it :-) And I quite like it, it is challenging - you can move yourself forward thanks to this job, really. It is a pity that BlueLink has such a bad reputation in the market - but which call center/shared service center does not? It is unfair, management of the company does its best.
Cons
There are limits, of course - cause of the character of the job. The job can be very stressful, definitely not for everyone.
