Pros
I worked at BlueHorse Software for more than 1 year and the journey had been amazing with a great learning experience, supportive colleagues, and decent career growth.
- You can be yourself. In BlueHorse you get the freedom to express your views and ideas.
- Work-life balance.
- Enthusiastic and supportive colleagues.
- Options to work on new technologies.
- Good learning curve.
- Small company(200+ employees).Yes, it's a Pros, because in a small company you get more exposure. You get an environment to learn and work in different areas getting an exposure on the end-end process (both backend-frontend) and in every set of technologies. In my tenure, We have achieved many good projects for many popular clients and in multiple domains too. I think its a great achievement for a company of just 8-10 years of tenure.
BlueHorse gives you enough opportunities to express your ideas and make a difference to the organization. Its a great place for enthusiastic individuals who have the zeal to learn and help the organization grow along with them.
I think it is best to place to work and groom our self as a full stack developer(If I talk from a developer perspective).
Cons
Nothing to mention as cons.
