Pros
Flexible, nobody really cares what you do as long as you get your job done. Free drinks in pantry in sg office. Everyone sits close together which allows easier communication.
Cons
Manager is not even a manager. Knows too little but good at talking and micro-management. Working structure is a mess. Top management told me "we don't know how the future is going to pan out ". Crap systems, bad medical, leave days got cut from 25 to 20 days. Everyone is just there to pay lip service. Performance bonus is a disgrace. Singapore team is left out when it comes to changes with key operational procedures.
