      People were enjoyable to work with and were quick to help teach you how to do something.

      Cons

      Felt small even though it was a large firm. You stay on your side of the office and don't really interact with the other departments.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

      Cons

      Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
