Very transparent and well-run boutique consulting firm. Management checks in appropriately, but leaves you to do your job. Well aware of the market place, and seeks to keep up with salary, benefits, etc.

Small boutique with zero bench. If a project ends, and they don't have anything lined up, you don't have a job. It is, what it is.
