Pros

Great people to work with. All colleagues are awesome, good camaraderie. Work is interesting and environment is pretty nice. Very little to no micro-management. Overall positive experience.

Cons

Lack of clarity. Management relies WAY too heavily on off-shore resources to get work done. It feels like management would rather trust their off-shore resource than their own people. Management seems a little inexperienced, not really understanding the concept of parenting and family emergencies. Kids get sick and their parents need to take care of them. Get over it. The CEO is actually very understanding though. Also, all HR stuff is handled by DSG's staff, including job offers and benefits, meaning that everything is tailored to the Pittsburgh market, which seem really different than the Atlanta market. Salaries are not where they should be for the Atlanta market and the DSG HR departmen insists on using their own resources to find new talent, which are also based in Pittsburgh. It's very difficult to find good people, other than knowing them and getting them hired. Very focused on having your behind sitting in a chair for 8 hours a day.

Pros

There are some amazing people that work at Blue Sombrero. I am excited about our future.

Cons

The drive can be far if you don’t live in Atlanta. Only work from home 1 day a week.
