Really great work environment and relationships with fellow employees.

There were times when we were understaffed.

They have you set up a 401K once you work for the company for a year. They are highly organized so that you feel comfortable approaching managers about an issue that may arise. Supportive team, move up in company. A lot of communication about changes and all you need to know.

Not for those who like working long, grueling days. If up for the challenge, this will be great for you. But working 12 hour shift days, with a small break in between was too strenuous and borderline illegal. Some management were not respectful of workers especially some of kitchen staff.
