      It's a job & you get paid.

      Cons

      Working for Stephanie Shimp was literally one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had (including working for Kim Bartmann) . She's rude, dismissive, patronizing & unbearable. Now that she has complete control of Blue Plate, I can only imagine it getting worse.

      Great hourly pay with tips, friendly staff

      Challenging to move on to another position in a timely manner without connections or working there for about a year.
