      Pros

      Many things to learn, all people are friendly and willing to help, opportunities for growth if talent and dedication are shown

      Cons

      While most of the talent is wonderful there are some people with below-average skills (not necessarily bad) who (in my opinion) don't want to improve

      just home office equipment I would say

      Cons

      If the contract with client ends, you are not assigned to anything else, they end contract with you. No communication from a manager or anyone from there, they just send you to the war.
