Pros
Pretty easy going for the most part. Nice interior design, professional and moderate HR is great and very friendly Lots of "extras" ; cake day once a month, every 2nd Friday is "Treat" day (soft pretzels or nachos or pizza or fruits and cheese, cinnabon, etc) Coffee Club Kids Christmas parties
Cons
Temperature issues ALL the time, usually freezing Been there 5 years and only make $0.12 more then a new person just starting. Started at 10.50 (i think) made my way to 12.12 and them they raised the starting wage to 12.00, and did not reflect the increases we received in the past to bring us above new employees with no tenure Cut to Part time hours after MAT leave as i needed a Set schedule to work around daycare hours because im a single mother. Can't add dependents to the health benefits
