None at all. This is not a good company.

So many things wrong with this company. The company is run by one person who manages every single aspect of your work. Everything that you do once you get to work is being monitored. A big micro-manager and toxic work environment. The boss does the hiring, meetings and payroll by himself. This job barely offers any benefits and relocation funds is abysmal. The lab isn't well equipped to do advance chemistry and analysis and the work environment is unsafe. The boss is rude, makes fun of you and expects you to be at your work bench at all times, leaving you to make your presentations during lunch time. Once, he hid one of my chemicals from my work bench and later scolded me for not safekeeping them. Like who does that? The other review here about him being very religious is true. He pushes his Christianity values to you and he is the street preacher which you can read more about online. I made the mistake of interviewing and accepting the offer because I was in need of a job. Shortly after I had started, I found out that he had actually hired someone else prior but that person quit after a few months. I was reached out to replace the guy who left. To anyone who is considering applying to this company especially co-op students, please read the other reviews. The 5-star reviews are fake. Most people only last a few months and quit as they do not want to put up with the abuse. The vague job descriptions and joke company website that is filled with buzzwords should raise red flags to anyone considering this place.

No pros at all. Maybe if you're lucky the coworks will be nice but since they always quit after 6 months it's hard to say

1) The boss is Hanson Ruan (just google his name you will find COURT cases against him) and the "company" is only him and one or two employees and those employees leave after 6 months because they can't deal with his constant abuse. 2) He never admits fault and does not try to help. If something goes wrong he'll blame you even though you're following his instructions exactly. 3)If you go against or even try to suggest an idea he will lash out and scream at you. Claiming he has a PhD while he actually only has his masters. 4) He is extremely bi-polar. One second he will be happy then the next he'll start yelling at you and blaming you for work that you cannot control. 5) He is extremely religious and racist. He will try and convert you into Christianity and if you do not submit to his ideas he will start saying you will go to hell. 6) During lunch he'll force you to pray with him 7) If anything goes wrong in the lab he'll blame the devil 8) The company is only staying afloat because of foreign "investors" so he's washing their money since he hasn't sold a thing since he started the "company" If you can stay away from this place at all cost.
