Pros

You get to play dress up in the beautiful (rented) office space

Cons

They are dodgy about details, probably due to the fact that they are nothing more than an MLM. I was here for one week before I realized this was a total pyramid scheme. They are very quick to spout out the same generic response about NOT being a pyramid scheme but here’s the facts. Some people DO get paid in a pyramid scheme, the promise of early on earnings is a genius way to get people to sign on. The catch is that they promote you super fast (like 2 weeks fast) and then they make you build a team (exactly like a pyramid scheme) and invest your money into one of your own branches. See how that’s dangerous? You make all this money and then invest it back into a failing company that can only gather clients with active lawsuits? When I was there they were trying to “distance” from their solar client due to multiple lawsuits the client was facing. Their next proposed client? A cabinet company with even worse reviews than the solar company. The best part about this whole gig is that it’s not even close to a marketing company, I’ve worked in marketing before and this was a glorified sales role. My boss had the audacity to tell me they don’t do any digital marketing....in 2020....in a pandemic. See what I’m getting at? Not a legit marketing firm AT ALL. I was technically employed under Green Millenial which is the Boston sector of this scam. Interestingly enough they claim to be yielding so much money but I have not received compensation for the one week I worked there,,, trouble in paradise y’all?

Well thank you for giving us a chance to address your concerns :) 1. You reviewed the wrong company and somehow Glassdoor allowed this to remain. 2. At no point in time does any employee pay us - for any reason. Where did you hear such a falsehood? 3. You do not get promoted to management in two weeks. You get promoted out of training class. Why is that suspicious to you? Most people in entry level positions prefer training. 4. As addressed several times before, employees are paid $15 an hour. That's called a job. They also receive weekly bonuses based on their performance so average checks are $1000+ per employee. Why is that suspicious to you? What's unclear? Why would you think that is a scheme? 5. Digital marketing is one type of marketing focus, and statistically is the least effective. We focus on in-person client marketing with Costco, Sam's Clubs, and BJ's. Do you think they're doing business with us because we "aren't a real marketing company"? I think you know better :) 6. The solar company you're referring to is Sunrun... the #1 Solar company in America. That's just one of our clients. Why do you thinking working with the Solar industry is a bad thing? It's 2020... the nation is focused on clean energy! Sunshine for everyone! 7. Not paying properly is illegal. we repeat, illegal. Never have we not paid someone for their time, nor would we. Lastly, it's interesting that as big as we are and as national as we are, working with the largest companies in America, you place a fake review for the wrong company, in a state you don't live, mentioning a client we don't have, filled with blatant provable falsehoods... why? Who continues to troll our branches creating fake accounts and putting up the same review again and again? You unfortunately hurt real job seekers looking for opportunity. People who have lost jobs during this pandemic. People who are unemployed and want facts, not drama. Read our website. Look at our instagram. We are diverse and a wildly successful organization that helps employ families and pays well above the competition anywhere. We don't get to hide behind anonymous reviews. And why would we? We are super proud of who we are! And we put up photos and videos and have multiple interviews so applicants know every nook and cranny of who we are and what we do. :) As it should be. But thank you for giving us an opportunity to address this (again) for those that may have concerns. You needn't. We are as good as the rumors ;)

Pros

This company actually does health and wellness zoom call each week and I have never seen a company like that before in all my years. Wow. Pay is great. Opportunity is insane.

Cons

None so far. I just think it's unfortunate they're not a public company.

Pros

the pros would only be that it introduces you to a lot of people quickly and allows you to make friends, however it’s highly frowned upon.

Cons

there is no compensation for gas money and don’t pay for travel time. they expect you to never question and to blindly agree with what you’re told.
