Pros
The actual flight training and program structure are genuinely excellent. The curriculum is well put together, instructors are knowledgeable, and the overall learning environment for students is strong. Pricing is also one of the biggest advantages. Compared to other schools, it is very competitive and offers real value for aspiring pilots. One of the best parts of the role is the ability to work directly with students one on one, helping guide them through their training and career path. That aspect is incredibly rewarding and makes a real difference. The pay for the work is insane, if money is what you’re looking for, this is the place to be.
Cons
Unfortunately, the business and management side significantly drag things down. Leadership decisions often feel reactive instead of strategic, and there is a lack of clear direction. Communication is inconsistent, and priorities shift frequently without explanation. There is also a noticeable gap in applicable industry experience and formal business education within parts of upper management, which becomes evident in how decisions are made and executed. This creates unnecessary stress for staff and impacts overall morale.
