      Pros

      It's good if you come from an insurance background, not come from high tech. They are primarily a backend operation for insurance companies (BPO) although they do have a software component.

      Cons

      Some of the senior management do not have integrity, are not true to their word and micromanage.

      Pros

      Work Flexibility Ability to work from home and connect to work Some great managers but most of them are incompetent Fun place to work at Respect for the founders

      Cons

      The people who are making a difference and are doing their best to move the company forward are sadly not the ones being promoted. People accountability is low IT is really weak and the company does not invest as much as it should No career plan Mostly unskilled managers but lots of talented employees
