Spent many years here trying to improve the culture for everyone. The owner self sabotages everything. When the company is doing well he degrades his employees and will make you feel worthless. There is no family atmosphere and it is not a family run business. The owner has no family involved in the business at all. There is no room for growth or advancement. The owner will blind side you by taking away a bonus you have earned or changing policies without notification. Price changes for customers would change almost weekly as well. Any good employees that were there were let go if the owner didn't like an idea they had to improve the company. "Rules" for employees changed quicker than the seasons in Missouri and no one can ever keep up. Save your time, energy and sanity and go elsewhere. He also pays employees and friends of employees to write good reviews on all platforms and will try to pay people to take down bad reviews.
