Poor Organization, Management is out of touch - Customer Service Blue Bay Technology Employee Review

No organization or management, no direction, little communication, dishonesty and dysfunctional setup and duties assigned are in an irrational manner. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. People work in fear and intimidation and it is an atmosphere of back stabbing and unprofessionalism. Help is not given when employees directly seek support from management.
