Pros
The people on this team are amazing. We spend every day working together, learning together, and trying to build something new, innovative, and authentic to who we are (and to Detroit). Also, love the access to beautiful plants in our office and for our homes! Bloomscape took a chance hiring me into a role that I'd never done before but because they believed I had the capacity to be successful. I love working for a place that gives people like me opportunities to try new things and grow professionally.
Cons
This is a true start-up environment. If you love moving fast, making quick pivots when things aren't working, and solving new, difficult problems everyday, you'll love it here. If you don't love these things, you probably won't like working here. This team is moving and growing on the fly - and that means we don't get everything right but we are committed to continually working toward the best for Bloomscape's customers and people.
