Friendly work environment but poorly managed - Anonymous employee Bloomfield Hospital Employee Review

Very few...corporate structure..free parking,onsite canteen,nice location

Top heavy sociopathic management who are notorious for bullying employees.morale is low here.wages are pretty lousy especially for healthcare staff unfortunately.all about saving the pennies here esp when it comes to the staff on the ground and the patients.

Friendly staff.a few really genuine and hardworking staff.nice client group, nice building...excellent location at the foothills of the Dublin mountains

Abysmal scrapheap management especially senior management who are totally inexperienced and out of their depth which unfortunately has a ripple effect all the way down to the poor patients.these 'managers' couldn't and wouldn't cut it in the HSE and that is why they come to work here where you can be promoted quickly as long as you are ruthless and cut throat.this place is top heavy with useless managment.most floor staff are friendly and hardworking but some hcas from a particular region (which there are many) are absolutely useless and will sit around all day.Bloomfield over work and underpay their floor staff....Do not risk your nurse registration by working here.they do not recognise unions and they have and will throw people under the wheels if need be.frequently have broken employment laws and continue to do so I understand.the faulty towers of hospitals.lots of scandals have happened here..just do a quick Google search..no way on earth I would let a relative work or be a patient in this place
