Pros
Having been out of the work force for many years, I was hired and accepted by very enthusiastic co-workers. We have a great work environment, that is always full of happy employees. The company provides a comfortable workspace and great benefits to all. We enjoy 2-3 off site company retreats a year that really help unite the company as a team.
Cons
While the company is generous to pay for employee parking there is not a lot of parking in the area and that can be difficult at times, but the location is great!
